Good Morning! Well for some reason this work week seemed to take forever. I worked for like 4 hours on Wednesday, had Thursday off and had to work Friday and Saturday....why the hell was I so tired by Saturday night? I guess cause there was so much going on that I never rested.
I have decided I have to really make a conscious effort to stop drinking wine during the week. Let me tell you why: I noticed I sleep 100 times better when I don't have any. Last night Chris and I went for Mexican food and I had a diet coke came home and decided the wine I was going to drink I did not need. I slept like a baby. Lately I have been sleeping like total shit and I know it's cause I have been OVER indulging so much. So, next time I come home from work and say to myself "A glass of wine would sure help me relax" I will remember this epiphany
and maybe I will lose weight too!
Today, my boss Dee, is having her annual Christmas brunch and I have to be there around 10:30. It is always a nice time. I am always amazed at the people that don't show up. I don't get it. I guess I am just such a social person that I can't understand why some others are not. I like getting together outside of work with people.....not all the time, just for stuff like this. It gives you a different perspective of them. You find out that they are not always winy negative people I see in the break room. You see them for the nice people they mostly are and that, at least for me, makes it easier not to slap them during the year. I sound very social don't I?

Drinking is one of the things the say not to do if you have trouble sleeping. I think that is funny, you would think it would be the other way around.
