I can't believe it's Tuesday night already

Wow, my weekend is pretty much over, shit.
I am trying to remember what I did yesterday........apparently not much cause I can't think! Chris and I went to home Depot and got some plants. Our tomato plant is putting out new fruit. We also were finally able to get some green peppers off the pepper plant. They were tasty too.
I did go to the monthly book club meeting last night with Nancy last night. We were reading "The Dogs of Babel" which was a book I suggested. I read it a few years ago and really liked it. I get alittle nervous when I suggest a book cause you never know if anyone else will like it. Well I am glad to say everyone really liked it. Next month we are reading Water For Elephants.....one I also read already but I am glad they are reading it cause it really is a great book. Plus now maybe I will finish Madame Bovary. I am not loving it but will read it, we are going to review that in December. I don't do will reading two books at once. When I started Madam Bovary I was enjoying it but I put it down to read "The Nazi Officers Wife" which was last months book. That was a great read. But ever since I am having a hard time reading MB.
Rich and Kirk are supposed to come over tonight for drinks and appetizers. Chris is making something. We are trying to make up for the fact that Rich could not find us last week when we were meeting at BJ's Brewery. I am still not convinced he came in the restaurant to look....we were sitting right there. I think he was feeling crappy and just looked thru the window or something and then left. Anyway, my house is clean, my back yard looks good. Now I just have to put on something more then these pj's I am wearing right now.
I did go to work for 2 hours today to do a pedi on one of my favorite customers. She is leaving town and I did not want her going somewhere else. She also gave me a birthday present of a wonderful bottle of Italian wine she got this summer in Italy. I am looking for someone to share it with that appreciates wine as much as me. I am thinking Nancy and Tamarah......actually Betty would enjoy it too. Maybe I will just drink it myself.
Well I have to get changed, later

I am not that big of a wine drinker, but I have to say that I do like really good red wine. Not the cheep stuff I can afford, but the real nice smooth stuff!

I hope you have a wonderful day.

Love you!
