Wednesday morning

I am on my way out the door but wanted to type something since I have not blogged for a few days.
Monday night Chris and I went to dinner with Kirk and Rich...although Rich could not find us so we never got to see him. They are the guys we are going to Costa Rica with. I just love Kirk. We went over to BJ's Brewery. It was good. I have a few Vodka tonics and promptly went to bed as soon as I got home.
Chris and I also went on a long bike ride on monday. It was mostly really nice but I got warm a few times. It's nice on the bike cause you do get a nice breeze usually...unless you are going up hill. We even went on some easy mountain trails. I of course fell once but very slowly so I did not get hurt, it just scared me.
Yesterday I had to go to work for a meeting. Our Spa Director got fired. I am sad cause he is a very nice man but I think it was the right decision. Anyway, they named Dee the new director. She was the Salon manager and we love her. I am thinking she is going to be way stressed out in this new job.
After going to the meeting I went over to my Friend Judy's house. She needed to go to Walmart and does not have a car. I have not seen her in ages so it was nice to see her. She is having a very rough time right now and I am glad I could help her.

Well that is all for now. I am actually going into work out. yay!
